[Cvs-mvs] Login passwords for CVS-MVS -- Problems with Special Characters

Thanks John.
The logon code uses the MVS atoe table to translate the password before
its encrypted to send over the network. My guess is the @ is not being
translated correctly in the table.
We originally had iconv() converting the password, but this change got
dropped when our two development branches were merged.
Anyone have a good idea if iconv would work better?
